At Auxoc, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our artisan cacao jewels. Because our products are 100% natural, handcrafted, and preservative-free, they are considered fresh, perishable goods.

To ensure the health and safety of our customers and the integrity of our creations, please review our policy below:

1. Perishable Goods & Hygiene

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Unlike non-food items, artisan chocolate is sensitive to temperature and handling; therefore, we cannot restock or resell any items once they have left our controlled environment.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We strive for perfection in every shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken during transit) or if you receive the wrong item, we are committed to making it right.

• Timeframe: You must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your package.

• Evidence: Please send an email to hola.auxoc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging.

• Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a replacement of the affected items or a partial/full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping and Temperature Sensitivity

As stated in our care instructions, Auxoc products are "living" pieces that require refrigeration to maintain their texture and flavor profile. We are not responsible for products that deteriorate due to being left unattended at the delivery location or stored improperly after receipt.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund only if it has not yet entered the production or shipping phase. Given that we work with fresh batches from our atelier, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email if you need to make changes.
